Here's To More Art in 2015! #happynewyear

Last year my resolution was to start doing art again after about a ten year hiatus. I'm happy with what I created in 2014, but I think there's always room for improvement. So that's the plan for this year.

Here's to more art in 2015! Happy New Year!!

Suzy, The Socouyant

Imagining the Soucouyant as a super villain or maybe an anti-hero. Perhaps she wants to be good, but is destined to be bad

"In Caribbean folklore, The Soucouyant (Sukuya), also called Old Hag, is a supernatural being who has made a pact with the devil to be able to change herself into all kinds of different forms. At night she sheds her human skin and changes into a ball of fire or any kind of animal and casts spells on people to turn them into animals also. She has to slip back into that skin before dawn breaks and the cock crows, otherwise she will not be able to get back into it"

Fashion Friday: Pink Hair and Fresh Fit

This drawing is dedicated to all those girls who wear whatever the hell they want and don'tcare what others think. I salute you.

Today, I will conquer the world!

They say you should start your day off with big goals.

Conquering the world seems like a good place to start.

Have a great day!

Lady. Headwrap. Unraveling

Note to self: Sometimes it may seem like things are unraveling. But focus on why you started on this journey in this first place. Eyes up. Focus. Try again.
